The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.161%, and between 00:20 and 00:30 on February 3, 2013, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd in the section of approximately 1-2 km from the vicinity of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the same 624-off main apartment at approximately 1501 in front of the same 1501.
