1. The defendant shall pay 34,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 10, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Claim between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on January 15, 2013: (a) deposit amounting to KRW 39,000,000; (b) the lease term of two years; and (c) the return of the deposit due to the Plaintiff’s delivery of the building to the Defendant; and (d) the compensation for delay, as to the two partitionss of the ground floor among the Goyang-gu Goyang-gu C Housing owned by the Defendant;
