A fine of KRW 900,00 shall be imposed on the first offense in the judgment of the defendant, and a fine of KRW 300,000 shall be imposed on the second offense in the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was elected by withdrawing from the 7th local election of a City Council member of the 2018 city to B/C (D Dong and E Dong) under his/her jurisdiction during the 7th local election that was implemented on June 13, 2018 from B/Si Council member on July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2018.

1. Election expenses spent by a candidate or preliminary candidate to run in an election for the violation of the Political Funds Act, due to election expenses spent without the person in charge of accounting, shall be spent only by the person in charge of accounting, and election expenses shall not be revenues and disbursed without the person in charge

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on June 19, 2018, did not directly appoint or change a person in charge of accounting in the military and paid 8,047,000 won to the expenses, such as name cards and election campaign bulletins, etc. at the office of the above GD on June 20, 2018, including that the Defendant paid 8,047,00 won by a debit card under the name of the Defendant, from the above date to July 5, 2018, as shown in attached Table 1, spent 25,161,623 won in total for election expenses, including 10 times from the above date and time to July 5, 2018, without going through the person in charge of accounting.

2. Revenues and expenditures of political funds of a candidate and a preliminary candidate to run in an election for the violation of the Political Funds Act due to the disbursement of political funds that are not by a person in charge of accounting shall be performed only by the person in charge of accounting and shall not be revenues and expenditures of political funds

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on June 19, 2018, did not directly appoint or change a person in charge of accounting, who is a person in charge of accounting in the military entering the military, and, on June 20, 2018, paid 248,600 won by using a debit card in the name of the Defendant from the aforementioned date to July 3, 2018, including paying 248,600 won at the cost of the elevator floor guidance, the fourth floor entrance banner, etc. at the office of the foregoing G association office around June 20, 2018, and disbursed 1,153,600 won in total from the above date and time to July 3, 2018.
