1. The Plaintiff is not less than 7,029 square meters of the Gangwon-do Incheon-gun D Forest land:

A. Defendant B is marked with the annexed drawings 22, 30, 31, 32, 21, 22.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the statements and images of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 through 8, and Eul evidence Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 and the purport of this Court’s request for measurement and appraisal and the entire arguments.

On December 18, 1971, the Plaintiff’s attached I completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land of 7,029 square meters of the Gangwon-do Incheon-gun D Forest (hereinafter “instant land”). On October 8, 2010, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of donation made on September 30, 2010.

B. The land of this case was owned jointly by I, L, M, and N with the land of 4,779 square meters and the land of 1,686 square meters that was adjacent to the land of this case, and the land ownership transfer registration was completed in around October 11, 1976. On February 1, 2000, the ownership transfer registration was completed due to the consultation on inherited property in the name of Defendant B, a mother of Defendant B, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Defendant B P on November 11, 2009 in the future of Defendant B’s wife P on November 2, 2009.

C. Defendant B’s lighting G was deceased on January 7, 1980, and Defendant C’s attachment F was deceased on September 2, 1995, and Defendant B’s attachment on January 4, 200.

On the ground of this case, Defendant B’s graves connected each point of 26, 27, 28, 29, 23, 24, 25, and 26 in sequence with each point of 26, 27, 27, 27, 27, 8, 24, 25, and 26 shall be attached in sequence to Defendant B’s graves with each point of 23, 29, 30, 22, and 23, in the order of 56 m2 in the table (c) section 56 m2, 22, 30, 31, 32, 21, and 22 on the ground of the land of this case, each of which is attached to Defendant B’s graves with each of 67 m2, 10, 19, 20, 21, 32, and 10

(hereinafter “each of the instant graves”) e.

The network F is the same life of the network E, the defendant B is the responsibility of the network E, and the defendant C is the head of the network F.
