Punishment of the crime

1. Around 12:00 on July 17, 2015, at the entrance of the victim D(F, 32 years of age), the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim as “the victim’s “the same year as opening, the brupting year, and the brupting year” while the Defendant complied with E at the entrance of the victim D(F, 32 years of age).

2. On August 3, 2015, between around 15:00 and around 17:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim D as “the same year of illness” while taking care of the two persons before the said C’s house, and insulting the victim.
