1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the Defendants, who inherited the said forest land on November 26, 2014 and owned 1/4 shares in order to create a G Park on three lots (the land before annexation) outside of Ansan-si, and the Defendants, the Plaintiff, H, and I, under the name of the Plaintiff, H, and I, “the primary sales contract” as follows:

B. On November 27, 2014, the Plaintiff requested Defendant B (the mother of the Defendants) to remove the grave in forest land, which is the subject matter of sale. On November 27, 2014, B verified the Plaintiff’s flexible and non-permanent graves on the Fansung City’s land, and all of the disposal costs (the removal cost) cost.
