Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a public educational official belonging to the Daejeon Metropolitan City Office of Education, who is a teacher in charge of C elementary school sports, and has a duty to report child abuse.

1. Violation of the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse);

A. On May 2013, the Defendant, at around 12:00, assaulted the victim’s body by putting the victim’s two legs on the victim’s own hand and putting the victim’s body on the floor of the classroom, at C elementary school non-permanent classrooms located in Daejeon Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and at around 12:00.

B.
