A On December 8, 2011, the Suwon District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name at the time of the suspension of the execution of ten months, which became final and conclusive on April 6, 2012.

1. Defendant A "2012 Gohap1348";

A. On March 27, 2007, while the Defendant was engaged in the housing site development and sale business, the Defendant entered into a contract with the said K office on March 27, 2007, under which KRW 499 square meters (1.50 square meters) out of KRW 26,962 square meters of the victim I and Kansi-si L, the Defendant sold KRW 396 million to the victim I and Kansi-si L.

However, the above forest land is jointly owned by M and N company. The defendant concluded a sales contract to purchase the above forest land of KRW 5,024,955,000 in the name of O, P, an employee of the defendant, to purchase the above forest land of KRW 5,024,955,00 on August 12, 200, and paid KRW 2,944,955,000 until March 16, 2004. On March 27, 2007, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 250 million from the victim as the contract deposit and intermediate payment.

B. The Defendant is the representative director of S Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of real estate consulting, land development and sale business.

On November 6, 2008, the Defendant is at the S Office in Seongbuk-gu T in Sungnam-si.
