Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court's Eunpyeong site on December 7, 2007, and a fine of three million won for the same crime from the Daejeon District Court's astronomical Branch on March 28, 2008, and was punished for the same crime under the same name on more than two occasions.

On March 26, 2015, the Defendant driven BMW car at approximately 500 meters from the front day of the Dong-dong National Bank of Busan to the front day of 55 U.S. distribution window, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.063% of blood alcohol level around 22:48.
