The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below against the defendant on the summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) is too unreasonable.

2. Although the Defendant has led to the confession of the crime of this case and subsequently recovered from the damage, considering the frequency of the crime of this case, relationship with each victim, fraud means, the amount of fraud and the use of the money, the degree of damage recovery, and other various circumstances, including the Defendant’s age, sex and environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, it does not seem unfair due to excessive punishment of the lower court.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
