A. As of November 8, 2016, when calculating the total amount of the Plaintiff’s credit at the first instance court, the Plaintiff asserted that the principal and interest of the Plaintiff’s credit related to the loan as of November 8, 2016 (1,720,940 won (1,720,942 won (2) interest on loans, 1,720,942 won (2) interest on loans, 55,603,904 won (2), interest on overdue interest of 8,293,906 won (70,405,073 won), overdue interest of 70,405,073 won, and 18 evidence No.18), but the Plaintiff asserted that the amount of the loan should be repaid to the principal and interest of the loan due to computer error, etc.
