A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner and a person in charge of safety management, who is in charge of safety management and supervision of the aforementioned construction by being awarded a contract for installation of a forest fire-free camera at the Hancheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, and 11 places outside the Gangwon-gu, Hongcheon-gun, the representative of Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

On June 26, 2014, the Defendant, a member of the said company, and three other persons, and F.C., a driver of the accusation vehicle, were required to perform cable distribution for the installation of a forest fire-free surveillance camera through the accusation work unit in Gangseo-gun Hongcheon-gun G. Since cable distribution work using the accusation work unit, the Defendant, a business owner, has a duty of care to prevent electric shock accidents in advance, such as providing workers with an automatic protective outfit more than the number of workers working in the charging line, assigning workers to wear it at the work site, and complying with the safety distance (3 meters) from the charging line, and allowing workers to work in accordance with the safety distance (3 meters).

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not provide the employees with a protective protective outfit to cut off, and had the said workers work with a view to not more than the safety distance from the charging path, and let the said workers work with a view to moving the cable to trees without wearing a safety cap in the accusation work unit. On the same day, the Defendant faced with the head at around 13:45 on the same day.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as a business owner, did not take necessary measures to prevent the risks caused by the electricity, caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence in the emergency room of the Gangwon-do University Hospital located in 156, Cheongcheon-ro, Chuncheon-ro, 15:13 on the same day.
