1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 34,768,80 and KRW 33,00,000 among them, from March 11, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
6. Article 2 (Method of Technical Assistance);
1. Technical assistance and work support methods that the Defendant supplies to the Plaintiff may be divided into (1) lectures, (2) practical training, (3) supply of relevant data, and (4) acquisition of certificates, etc.
2. The methods of support by items of support shall be as follows:
(D) A schedule (1) production/inspection facility usage method (15 man-day) x D 12.0 million won for each product (15 man-day) x D 120 percent (15 man-day) x D 360 separate (20 man-day) D 3.60 direct production certification preparation (10 man-day) D 6.3 million (10 man-day) D 6.3 million (10 man-day) D 6.5 million D 6.5 million (2 man-day), D 6.5 million won (10 man-day), D 60 million won (10 man-day) marketing business (10 man-day) D 6.6 million won for each product x 3.3 million electrical appliances supplier's technical certification procedure x 9.3 million won for each product.
1. The Defendant shall select a person in charge of technical support for each item of support (at least the chief class) within 10 days after entering into a contract, determine the schedule of support for lectures and on-the-job training and notify the Plaintiff.
2. The plaintiff shall select trainees for each item of support within 10 days after acquiring the defendant's technical assistance personnel and schedule from the defendant, and determine them by referring to the defendant's schedule.
3. The materials that the Defendant provided to the Plaintiff must be transferred to the Plaintiff as a document or CD.
4. The period during which the Defendant’s business support to obtain a certificate is completed to the Plaintiff is until the Plaintiff obtained the certificate.
Article 4 (Payment of Subsidies)
2. Specifications certification (KC), direct production certification, and procurement registration, which have been obtained by the existing defendant on the product item of the existing defendant in the contract.
