All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below is just in finding the Defendants not guilty of all the charges charged against the Defendants in violation of the Act on the Public Announcement of Values and Appraisal of Real Estate. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the “lending of a certified public appraiser’s qualification” under the said Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
