Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2014, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would loan money to the victim E (56 years and women) who is working partner in the office of “D” (hereinafter “D”) and would attract customers who wish to purchase real estate at will, and would pay the loan money by July 22, 2014.”

However, even if the victim borrowed the above money, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to attract the customers who want to purchase the real estate, or to repay the borrowed money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 50,000 won in cash from the damaged party immediately under the pretext of the loan, and received from the injured party for the same year.

6. To receive 100,000 won from the victim under the same name as the victim on or around 16.16. To receive 200,000 won in cash from the 17th day of the same month to the account under the name of the defendant, and to receive 200,000 won in cash

7.1. It received 10,000 won in cash from the ordinary land in the same name as the victim, and received 20,000 won in cash from the victim on or around the 18th of the same month to the account under the name of the defendant in the name of the defendant, such as receiving 20,000 won in cash from the account under the same name.
