1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties 1) The Plaintiff Korea Broadcasting System (hereinafter “Plaintiff KBS”)

) The broadcasting company is a national broadcasting company established under Article 43 of the Broadcasting Act, and is the Plaintiff’s cultural broadcasting company (hereinafter “Plaintiff MBC”).

(2) Plaintiff SBS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff SBS”).

(2) The Defendant also is a general programming program provider established under Article 2 Subparag. 3 and Article 9(5) of the Broadcasting Act for the purpose of broadcasting business and cultural service business for the purpose of broadcasting business.

B. On March 7, 2014, the Plaintiffs were to conduct forecast and research on the results of local elections in 2014 (1) the 6th nationwide local election, which will be held on June 4, 2014 with the Korea Broadcasting Association (hereinafter “instant election”).
