Punishment of the crime

The facts charged include the fact that the defendant expressed E the intent to “gy, gye, gye and gye and gye,” but it is not deemed that the prosecutor did not prosecute it at a rate as an offense of insult, and that the public official who carried out his duties was threatened. As such, among the facts charged, the part corresponding to the obstruction of performance of official duties (the part that assaulted the public official who carried out his duties) is organized as follows, and recognized the facts charged.

At around 01:10 on June 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported that he did not pay a proxy engineer fee before the Gu C building during the Gyeyang-si period; and (b) resisted that E of the police box affiliated with the police station would have returned home, paid a proxy engineer fee; (c) prevented the police officer from departing from the patrol vehicle for about 10 minutes of the front seat of the patrol vehicle; and (d) assaulted the police officer performing his duties concerning the handling of reporting at the patrol vehicle, such as preventing the police officer from getting out of the patrol vehicle and preventing him from getting out of the patrol vehicle.
