At around 12:45 on April 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was parked in Osan City C; and (b) was in another dispute with the victim D in the front of Maart, and the victim was under the influence of his/her age, and threatened the victim with a excessive knife (the total length: 31cc, the knife length: 15cc) being kept under his/her normal knife by breaking the knife at his/her age.
