A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and one year of suspended execution by the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on August 22, 2017.
