If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on September 23, 2012, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol together with the victim D (n, 34 years of age) within the first 610th of the C Building, when permanent residence was held on September 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim by assaulting the victim, such as the victim’s head flaging flag, shakings, etc.; (b) flaging the victim’s head flag; and (c) flaging the victim’s head flag; and (d) flaging the victim’s head flag.
