Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 70,00,000 on October 21, 201, a fine of KRW 700,000,000 on July 18, 2007, and a fine of KRW 70,000,000 on April 2, 2007, respectively, in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court.
【Criminal Facts】
On February 15, 2014, at around 21:30, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driving a vehicle driving license for approximately 1 km section from the front of the National Bank in Samyang-dong, to the front of the public health clinic located in the same Dong, and driving a C low-priced bus with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.058% under the influence of alcohol concentration.
