At around 08:20 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, i.e., the victim C (the age of 53) who was a bus engineer at the bus stop, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 53) started without carrying himself/herself at the bus stop within 35 times from the bus stops in Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Yongnam-do to the original irrigation station located in Sungnam-gu, Ynam-gu, Dai-dong, Dai-dong, Dan-dong, Dai-dong, Do., on the ground that the victim C (the age of 53) was in the bus stop at the bus stop, and then broomd the victim, broomd the victim's face at the original stop, followed the victim's face one time at the right side, bombbling
