Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On September 15, 2012, the Defendant purchased 20,000 liter oil from I at the above gas station, and manufactured 10,000 liters of fake transit, light oil, light oil, and base oil at the rate of 6:2:2 and sold them to customers who find the above gas station by adding color thereto. On December 11, 2012, the Defendant purchased 10,000 liters from I and sold them by manufacturing 50,000 liters in the same manner.

As a result, the Defendant manufactured and sold fake petroleum products by mixing petroleum products with other petroleum products more than twice.

B. Around February 13, 2013, the Defendant and the J, an employee of the said gas station, ordered I to order 24,000 liters of base oil to I, and the J manufactured and sold 120,000 liters of base oil in the same manner as the attached list of crimes (1) between around that time and May 3, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, manufactured fake petroleum products and sold them by mixing them with other petroleum products.

C. Around July 3, 2013, the Defendant and J directed the J to sell light oil and light oil mixed at the rate of 6:4, and the J manufactured 20,000 liters transit through a storage tank containing light oil of 12,00 liters and sold it to customers.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, manufactured fake petroleum products and sold them by mixing them with other petroleum products.
