Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court on August 22, 2007, and on August 12, 2009, the Defendant was issued a fine of seven hundred thousand won by the same court as the same crime and violated two times the regulations on prohibition of driving driving.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.060% from blood around June 25, 2018, driven a 10km car at approximately 10km from the front of the new world department store located in the Singu in Busan, Busan, and from the front of the Geum-gu, Geum-dong to the front of the maintenance road.
