A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On October 17, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of four million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court, and on May 22, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of four million won for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents. On November 11, 2014, the same court received a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving), and on April 2, 2015, issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the same court.
