On August 10, 2019, the Plaintiff leased the instant building as indicated in paragraph (1) of the order (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant by setting the deposit amount of KRW 2 million, monthly rent of KRW 250,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 250,000, and the lease period of KRW 11, 2019.
