Basic Facts
The plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff company") is a company with the main business purpose of the research service on the eradication of rats and harmful insects and the system eradication service.
Nonparty 1, Inc. (hereinafter “BBS Korea”) is a company whose main business purpose is disinfection services for environmental hygiene, research on rats and pest control, and service for pest control measures, etc., and carries out pest control projects.
The Defendants are as follows.
As described in paragraph (1), each of the plaintiffs company works in the plaintiff company and then is retired, and the employees of the plaintiff company are employed in the terones Korea.
On March 26, 2009, the Defendants’ work, retired, and former Defendant A entered the Plaintiff Company. The Plaintiff Company’s head office, etc. served as a pest control technical consultant, and entered the Plaintiff Company on September 30, 2013, and then entered the Plaintiff Company in the Roone Korea on October 7, 2013.
Defendant B joined the Plaintiff Company on October 13, 2010, and served as a designer for pest control services, who is a professional business employee, in the Sungnam Branch, etc. of the Plaintiff Company, and retired the Plaintiff Company on August 14, 2013, and thereafter became a member of the eptions Korea around that time.
Defendant A, on May 11, 2009, and Defendant B, on October 18, 2010, respectively, prepared a “trade secret protection note” and “a supplementary note against job change” containing the following contents, and submitted it to the Plaintiff Company, respectively.

[Prohibition of Change of Position and Competitive Business, etc.] Trade secrets acquired by a principal (referring to each of the Defendants) while serving in the Company (the Plaintiff Company) are not a type of entity, such as chart, pattern or document, and most of them exist in a way that specifically carries out services or business, i.e., intangible know-how, and these trade secrets are completely carried out through repeated education and performance of business.
