Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of enclosed three cargo vehicles.

1. Around May 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at a 1km section from Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon to Kimpo-dong, Seo-gu, Kimpo-si without a vehicle driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, driving the said vehicle, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance, at the time of regulating the said 1. Paragraph (1).
