1. The lawsuit filed by the plaintiff foundation B and social welfare foundation C shall be dismissed;

2. The Defendant’s social welfare foundation on July 25, 2018.

The plaintiff social welfare foundation A (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff A") is operating the E Welfare Center in Busan Northern-gu D.

The foundation B (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff B") is operating the G Welfare Center in the Busan Northern-gu.

A social welfare foundation C (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff C") is operating the I Welfare Center at H in North-gu, Busan.

As of January 11, 2016, the Defendant notified the Plaintiffs of the “Support Plan for the Operation of the Social Welfare Center in 2016”. According to the aforementioned plan, the Defendant’s payment of 120% of the amount of the salary (20% per annum in 60% of the amount of the salary, and the date of payment of the monthly salary in the month to which he/she belongs) and the monthly amount of 20,000 won per capita (the spouse’s 40,000 won) as family allowances. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant distributed to the Plaintiffs the “2016 Social Welfare Foundation, Facilities Work World,” which was issued by Busan Metropolitan City, and according to the foregoing work Gad, the Defendant is a full-time employee.

As of January 16, 2017, the Defendant notified the Plaintiffs of the “Support Plan for the Operation of the Social Welfare Center in 2017”. According to the above plan, 120% of the amount of the salary (20% per annum in 60% of the amount of the salary, and the date of payment of the monthly salary in the month to which he/she belongs) and the monthly amount of KRW 20,000 per capita (spouse 40,000) as family allowances. On May 11, 2017, the Defendant distributed to the Plaintiffs the “2017 Social Welfare Foundation, Facilities Work Bond,” which was issued by Busan Metropolitan City, and according to the above work transitiond, the Defendant is entitled to holiday leave and family allowances as regular employees.

The defendant, on January 10, 2018, notified the plaintiffs of the "Support Plan for the Operation of Social Welfare Centers" in 2018. According to the above plan, the basic salary of the employee of the Social Welfare Center in 2018 applies the "Guidelines for the Personnel Expenses of Workers of Social Welfare Facilities" to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2018.
