Punishment of the crime

On May 2015, the Defendant came to know with the victim C (V, 59 years of age) through a branch of a police station around 2015, and has developed between years of age and years on July 2015.

1. The Defendant had been harming the victim’s receipt of text messages in a usual and mobile phone with another male, and the Defendant frequently stated that the Defendant’s climatic termination was the Defendant’s speech that the Defendant would drink, and that the Defendant’s climatic termination would drink from the victim’s climatic nature.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.

2. The Defendant who concealed the dead body is to kill the victim, and thereby remove the dead body so that it might lead to the commission of the crime.
