Punishment of the crime

Around January 27, 2013, the Defendant connected NV to the “NVA” page from the CPC located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and reported the victim D's writing that the Defendant wishes to purchase the “NVA” page, and that the Defendant had expressed the victim's attitude that the Defendant would sell the BP despite the victim's lack of intent and ability to sell the BPR at the market price of KRW 50,000,00,000 in the market price, and acquired financial profits equivalent to the same amount.
