1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. G completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt No. 8405 on February 29, 1964, the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul District Court Branch Office (hereinafter “Seoul Jongno-gu Branch”) and its ground buildings, as the land at issue in this case is located in the Idong of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On June 30, 1994, the above land was divided into H large 127 square meters, J large 4 square meters, K large 15 square meters, and G completed the registration of ownership transfer on the J land on January 4, 1995 to L for sale.

B. On October 31, 1997, No. 52706, Oct. 26, 1996, the Plaintiff, the inheritor of G, completed the registration of ownership transfer due to inheritance due to the consultation division as to H land, its ground, and the registration of ownership transfer due to sale was completed on August 31, 2005, the Seoul Central District Court Jung-gu Branch Office of Seoul Central District Court No. 47697, Aug. 31, 2005, the registration of ownership transfer due to sale was completed on August 1, 2005.

C. M shall complete the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on October 1, 1959, No. 38890, which was received on November 7, 1959, with respect to F forest land 287 square meters.

M was killed on July 30, 1983, and on the other hand, Defendant D and C inherited the M’s property at the ratio of 2/10 of each of 3/10 of each of Defendant B, Australia’s wife, and Defendant D and C, who are his father in the same family registry, respectively.

E. The Plaintiff currently uses and occupies a part of 95 square meters in the ship, which connects each point of the attached Form Nos. 24, 18, 17, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 24 among the F land, for the purpose of the housing of this case.

2. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion G is at least from February 29, 1964, which purchased H land and ground buildings before subdivision and completed the registration of ownership transfer thereof.
