A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant 210,00 won to C who applied for compensation, and 240,000 won to D who applied for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Incheon District Court, and on May 27, 2010, on October 29, 2010, the sentence of suspension of the execution of the sentence became effective upon being sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 29, 201, and on March 30, 2011, the Defendant was released on March 30, 201 and passed on May 8, 2011.

On February 2012, the Defendant: (a) posted a false sign stating that a number of people who want to purchase a bridge, book, etc. for young children is aware that he/she had a lot of people to purchase the bridge, book, etc. on the said website; and (b) received money from the victims who want to purchase goods by means of remittance.

On February 17, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter on the “H” website as “sale a mine level reading program, which is an infant’s book,” and received KRW 195,000 as the price for goods from the victim I, who expressed the intention to purchase, around 11:23, 201, around February 17, 2012.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above responsibilities and even if he received the money from the victim, he thought that he would use the money as personal living expenses, so he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above responsibilities to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, as well as obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 195,000, by deceiving the victims as above. From February 8, 2012 to March 24, 2012, the Defendant, as shown in attached Table 1, by deceiving the victims over 23 times in total, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 3,402,00 from the victims.

2. Any person violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (information and communications networks infringement) shall have access authority.
