A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, on December 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) while lodging and lodging in a family of pro-dong BG 305 located in Gwangju Northernbuk-gu BG 305 on December 10, 2012; (b) took advantage of the gap in which the victim BI, who was living together in the same room, was deprived of his/her resident registration certificate on the part of the victim.

2. On December 10, 2012, at around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) stated BL’s name, resident registration number, address, etc. in the form of BI’s agreement to subscribe to SK’s mobile phone and the sales contract to use the mobile phone in the name of BI; and (b) signed and sealed BI’s name in the customer column.

As a result, the defendant forged the agreement on the purchase of SK Telecom cell phones, which is a private document on the rights and duties for the purpose of uttering, and one copy of each contract on the purchase of terminal.

3. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 2, delivered the forged documents to BK as if they were duly formed.

4. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, submitted a forged mobile phone subscription agreement and a sales contract for a mobile phone with the victim BK as if he/she was the victim BI himself/herself, and then acquired one of Samsung Ggal ju City mobile phone terminal devices equivalent to the market value of Samsung 7,000,000 won from the victim and acquired it by fraud.

5. At around 11:50 on December 11, 2012, the Defendant issued an application for the issuance of a family relation certificate with BI to obtain a loan under the name of BI at the two ambi-dong Office located in Gwangju Northern-dong, and the public official in charge presented BI’s resident registration certificate to BI as the principal.
