A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium, while receiving, demanding or promising to receive, demand or promise any compensation.

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant received and kept each copy of the check card (I) connected to the account in the name of H from the employees of convenience stores to the account in one bank in the name of H in accordance with the direction of the person without the above name, and one copy of the check (K) connected to the account in the name of J, and one copy of the check (L) connected to the account in the name of the national bank in the name of J in accordance with the direction of the person without the name, and continuously maintained the convenience store in the N convenience store in M during the 17:30 of the same day, in accordance with the direction of the person without the name.
