around 23:25 on October 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-type car without a car driver’s license at approximately 500 meters from the front day of the Freedom Center No. 543, Hasan-dong, Hasan-dong, to the front day of the 523-3 Sym of the Agricultural Cooperative.
