A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion), took the left side of the victim C (the name of the victim, the age of 16) who was walking on the street in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and used the front side of the victim C (the age of 16) as a sudden hand, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. At around 13:40 on April 17, 2019, the Defendant met the right side of the victim E (one’s name, half, 19 years old) who she was walking at the front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and the right side of the victim E (one’s age).

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.

B. At around 12:00 on April 18, 2019, the Defendant used a part of the victim’s left side in front of the door of the Seoul National University, located in 161 (Seoul National University established in Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with his own hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.

C. The defendant 2-B

With respect to the date, time, place, and the victim G (the 25 years old), the victim's face was taken by the victim's own hand, and the victim's left side was danced.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.

3. The Defendant attempted to commit indecent act by compulsion on April 17, 2019, at the crosswalk in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and attempted to interview the victim E face with the victim’s own hand. However, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted indecent act by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to commit indecent acts by compulsion but attempted to commit such act.
