A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:40 on October 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving the C Poter Cargo Vehicles without a driver’s license in the section on the street from the front side of the new luter road in the front side of the new luter-dong, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, to the lux road from the lux road surface of the new lux road to the lux.

2.
