Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2008, the defendant was subject to a disposition to forward juvenile protection cases due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch Office of the Do government District Prosecutors' Office, and on August 1, 2014, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Goyang Branch Branch Office of the Do government District Court.

On September 21, 2015, around 23:18, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.088% in the section of approximately 8km from the front day of Ildong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front day of the Seocho-gu, Seosan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
