Insurance period: On May 26, 2009 to May 26, 2072, the beneficiary: A (1) net C (hereinafter “the deceased”) entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant Hansung Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Han C”) on May 26, 2009 with the following contents (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”); at the time of entering into the first insurance contract, the deceased’s occupation was entered into as “learning instructors”.
(A) No. 1. (2) Of the terms and conditions applicable to the instant insurance contract, the contents relating to this case are as follows:
Article 29 (Duty to Notify after Contract Conclusion) (1) A contractor or the insured shall, after entering into a contract, change his occupation or duty (including the case where a private driver changes his occupation or duty to a private driver), directly use a two-wheeled motor vehicle or a motorcycle, or where the insured’s age is corrected after entering into a contract, notify the company in writing without delay and obtain confirmation from the insurance policy (the insurance policy).
(2) If the risk has decreased pursuant to paragraph (1), the company shall return the difference insurance premium, and if the risk has increased, it may request or terminate the contract within one month from the date of receipt of notice.
(3) If the contractor neglects to pay the premium upon the request of the company in accordance with the notice under paragraph (1), the company shall apply the premium rate applied before the change of occupation, duty, or age (hereinafter referred to as “pre-revision rate”) to the company after the change of the occupation, duty, or age (hereinafter referred to as “after change”).
