A and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant AC’s gambling, along with DEFGHIJ on March 27, 2014, from around 23:20 to around 23:20, Defendant AC: (a) received cash from N and chips; (b) received chips from L and chips; and (c) received chips from L and chips; and (d) received chip from L and chip to L and chip; and (b) opened five card in one’s front of L and chip in five consecutive order; (c) opened the card in one’s front of L and chip by combining the number and pattern of the card in accordance with the criteria for gambling; and (d) Doumumpted “cumpt” in a way that all the chips chips d by the winners were carried by the winners.

2. Defendant B aided and abetted N to open a place where gambling is conducted for profit-making purposes by dividing up a trum card to customers who found the place at the above time and place, or by backing the card in his front of himself, etc.
