A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, using the congested gap in a market where people's passage passed, was able to steal the wall from the elderly who purchased goods on a street store.

1. On May 16, 2014, at around 09:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a c welfare center in Gumi-si B with a cresh of goods at the c welfare center, thereby cutting off a 3.60,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 3.60,000 won in cash, Hyundai Card 1, resident registration certificate 1, and driver’s license 1, 50,000 won in market price.

2. On June 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:50, before the “F Burial” located in the Gu, Si, Si, Si, Si, si, the Defendant laid down a knife in the bank where the victim G was able to protect the victim, and then laid down a knife in the market where the victim’s knife was 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

3. On May 31, 2017, at around 11:38, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with 300,000 won in cash located in the victim’s scooters located in the Gu, Si, Si, Gu, and Si; (b) prior to the “I Burial” located in H; (c) the victim J used a scoo located in the scoo for medical treatment in the street room; and (d)

5. At around 10:40 on June 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim’s Lone in front of the “F Burial” located in Guro-si, Sinsi; (b) the victim’s boon, where the victim’s Lone was placed in a old store by crebing his/her livelihood; (c) the cash 100,000 won owned by the victim; and (d) one resident registration certificate, etc., as soon as possible in the market price.

6. On February 1, 2019, the Defendant is “F store” in the Gu, Si, Si, Si, and Gu, Si, Si, Gun, around 11:15.
