Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2013, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven B-ray vehicles with a blood alcohol content of about 0.185% at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the high sea area in the Gangnam-si Office to the front road of the Gangnam-gu High School located in the same Dong.
