Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 01:33 on February 5, 2017, 01: (a) obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of official duties concerning the reporting processing of the said E- 112 reporting duties, which is a police official, by assaulting the said E- 112 reporting duties, on the ground that the slope E affiliated with D, of the YN police station in the Yananananananancheonananananananancheon where he was called upon and received a report, would stop himself.
