A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 18:00, the Defendant boardedd the victim C (age 82) at the Squadong, Seoul, Gwangjin-gu Seoul, Seoul terminal; (b) and (c) used the driver of a motor vehicle at the price of the victim’s car driving on his hand on the ground that the cab was repeatedly buried at the Yanyang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, for the reason that the son was repeatedly buried at the destination of the son; and (d) assaulted the driver of the motor vehicle at the price of the son’s car driving on the son’s hand.
