A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:30 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force by putting about 20 minutes of disturbance on the part of the customers entering the convenience store, such as putting off the convenience store in the “F convenience store” operated by the victim E in the north-gu, North Korea, without any justifiable reason, at the “F convenience store” operated by the victim E, and putting off the convenience store without any reason.

2. On August 27, 2014, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant attempted to assault another person while putting the victim I (57 years of age) who was a slope belonging to the G District at the Port Guard Station G District called up after receiving a report of the act of disturbance as referred to in the preceding paragraph at the lower parking lot of the said “F convenience store”, and attempted to attack another person, even though the victim I (57 years of age) who was an assistant belonging to the G District at the Port Guard Station G District called up to the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and maintenance of order of slope H and Inspector I, and at the same time, damaged the victim H with the detailed unknown items that require approximately two weeks of treatment, and committed an open body around the snow pool and snow room that require approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim I.

3. The Defendant, on August 27, 2014, insulting the North Korea Coast Guard in the J of the North Korea-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
