Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim C (V, 64 years old) are employees at a restaurant in the underground space of the E convalescent Hospital located in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Defendant was a person who is in charge of bruting(s) and the victim.
