1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. Pursuant to Article 9 of the former Act on the Promotion of Purchase of Small and Medium Enterprise Products and the Development of Market Support (Amended by Act No. 14839, Jul. 26, 2017), the Plaintiff was confirmed by the Central Federation as to the issuance number C with the following direct production of the following content.
The term of validity of direct production of the detailed name of the name of the detailed product number shall be as follows: D Iron Products from July 24, 2017 to July 23, 2019;
B. On July 13, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with multiple suppliers (F) upon setting a contract period from July 13, 2016 to August 31, 2017, with respect to the Virtual days, which are competing products between and among small and medium entrepreneurs, and entered into a modified contract for the addition of items and increase in quantity on March 24, 2017 and May 23, 2017.
