[Criminal Power] On March 28, 2014, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the year and June of imprisonment for a crime of causing bodily injury resulting from a special obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2014.

A is a member of the J organization (hereinafter referred to as the “J organization”), K, Defendant B, the South-North-west area L of the J organization, Defendant C, the J organization M, Defendant D N of the J organization, Defendant E of the J organization, and Defendant F of the J organization, the South-west area of the J organization.

1. The P Co., Ltd. in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act (violation of the organizer's duty) conducted the installation of a pents construction project, the installation of a bicycle studs construction project, the crosswalks construction project, the crosswalks construction project, the crosswalks, and the blicks construction project at the boundary of roadways and sidewalks, and the 60 members of the JJ organization in the south area of P organization claimed that the place of business of the street store is narrow due to the above construction project, and demanded the installation of the 2 streets to the 1st right door of P, but the P did not accept the demand of the members of the Southern area of the J organization.

The organizer of an assembly or demonstration shall not engage in any activity clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc.

Nevertheless, Defendant C, D, and E, the organizer of the assembly, are the place of assembly reported as described in the [Attachment 1] list of crimes.
