Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

1. The Defendant related to the production of gold-type “B” is the representative of the “D” located in P, P, and the employer who produces gold-type from “B” located in P, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., by employing two full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while working in the above workplace on March 15, 201, did not pay KRW 2,940,000 as wages of February 2, 2014, wage of KRW 360,000 as wages of March 1, 2014, and KRW 3,120,000 as wages of retired workers G on March 1, 2014, within 14 days from the date of retirement, without an agreement on extension of the due date between the respective parties.

2. The Defendant in relation to the production of gold-type “(H)” is the user who produces gold-types at “(H)H” located in Yongcheon-si, using six regular workers at all times.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while working in the above workplace and retired on May 31, 2015, did not pay KRW 7,250,000 as wages of May 5, 2015, and KRW 3,000,000 as wages of the retired worker on June 6, 2015, and KRW 390,000 as wages of June 6, 2015, and KRW 5,100,000 as wages of the retired worker on June 6, 2015, and KRW 1,40,00,000 as wages of the retired worker on May 6, 2015, without any agreement on extension of the payment date between the parties concerned.

The Defendant, as the representative of the “D” in Seocho-si, is a user who produces gold at the “(State)H” located in Yongcheon-si, using six full-time workers at the time.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall do so within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
